Truck Parts
Andrew Bentley grew up and was educated in the Walsall area. From the
age of 17 Andrew joined the Truck and Bus dealer network in the West
Midlands with Hartshorne Motor Services, Volvo Franchise agent for the
West Midlands and has remained in the truck and bus industry since,
gaining 20 years experience in his field.Chris Kelly invited Andrew to join Keltruck in
2001 from parts distribution firm, DT Truck and Bus Parts Ltd to further
the parts marketing strategy eventually moving within the business to
enhance the Support Programmes sales process and eventually heading up
the Support Programmes department and joining the senior management team
as General Manager, Aftersales Support Programmes. In 2009 Andrew took
on full responsibility of Marketing for the group and with his strong
relationship with the Keltruck Sales Team integrated the new IRIS
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system into Keltruck’s growing IT
infrastructure. Andrew now heads up the Marketing Team at Keltruck as
well as managing the regional Business Development Managers. Andrew’s
other responsibilities are Advertising, Corporate Events, Brand,
Communications and PR. Andrew has just recently launched Scania
Insurance to further develop the one stop shop strategy for customers
purchasing vehicles and aftersales services.
Andrew is
a member of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management has
interests in Formula One, Horse Racing, Computers, Share Dealing,
Currency Trading, Photography, Cooking, Reading, the Media, Socialising
and more recently, Writing.. Andrew’s wife, Vanessa also works for
Keltruck at the Willenhall Branch heading up the administration team for
Willenhall and Kingswinford as well as the service reception. Andrew
and Vanessa have a son, Jack who was born in the Autumn of 2009.Andrew has worked with quite a number of Keltruck customers since an early age commenting that ‘he has grew up with them’ and utilised this experience as a way of adapting current processes within the business to further suit customer’s requirements
